After many, many, many costumes, Hubert has decided to dress up as……. a kappa!!
A mischievous water yokai which, of course, comes from japanese folklore (It’s this year’s theme after all!)
Kappa may seem friendly and cute, well, they do look like big turtles and it’s kinda cute… BUT THEY DROWN PEOPLE!! And we all know that’s not a nice thing to do!!
Anyway, Hubert has everything under control and is ready to enjoy Halloween with his fellow citizens, he may spend the entire evening telling everyone to be light on the trick part of the trick or treat, we don’t want any toilet papers on the citizens’ houses! 🎃
