How do rug preorder works?
All rugs are handmade by me ☼
When preorders open, you’ll have 2 weeks to place your order
Once preorders close, I start making the rugs one by one!
This means production + shipping can take some time depending on the number of orders, but it also means every rug is made specially for its future home! 🙂
Each rug also comes with its own numbered woven label because it’s very important that you have your own unique rug!
When will I receive my order?
Digital patterns arrive immediately after purchase ☼
For rugs, timing depends on the preorder period and production time since every piece is handmade
Estimated production times will always be written clearly on the product pages!
Are rugs handmade?
YES!
Every rug is handmade by me from start to finish :
drawing, tufting, gluing, cutting, shaving, carving, questioning my life choices, and finally sending the little guy into the world ☼
Because everything is handmade, variations can happen from one rug to another!
How can I take care of my rug?
Your rug is your child now, please treat it kindly ♥
gentle vacuuming is okay
no machine washing
keep away from excessive moisture area (bathroom)
avoid stepping on him with wet goblin feet
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at the moment 🙁
Due to the current international shipping situation and the very high cost of shipping large handmade rugs overseas, I can currently only ship rugs to France
Cross stitch patterns are still available worldwide as downloads! 
If international shipping becomes reasonably priced again in the future, I’ll let you know!
Do you ship to the UE?
For the moment, I only ship physical products to France
Due to new regulations introduced in 2026 (EPR), I’m currently unable to ship my handmade rugs to other EU countries…
I’m keeping an eye on the situation and will update the shop as soon as anything changes, if shipping to the EU becomes possible again, I’ll let you know! ✨
Digital products are not affected by physical shipping restrictions and remain available internationally
Are patterns beginner friendly?
Absolutely!!
The patterns are designed to stay simple, fun and accessible even if you’re new to cross stitch ☼
You do NOT need to be an embroidery wizard to make the adorable babies!
How do digital pattern works?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a digital download containing the cross stitch pattern!
No physical product will be shipped for digital patterns!
You can then download the files and start stitching your new (and very cool) cross stitch immediately 🍌
Are freebies resent later?
Nope :'(
Chaos Club freebies are sent ONCE and are not resent later
Once a freebie retires into fruit & veggie heaven, it’s gone forever
(which sounds dramatic but they are happy where they are now)
